Preface To 'Introduction To Sikhism' By Dr. G.S. Mansukhani

This book has been well received by the reading public, ever since its first edition issued in 1977. During the last few years, I travelled to different countries where many other questions were asked by those interested in Sikhism. I have therefore enlarged this edition with the addition of ten more questions and answers, thus raising the total number to one hundred and twenty five. In fact a new section has been added and some questions have been revised and given new numbers, Minor additions have been made in some answers. I feel confident that the reading public will find this edition more compact and comprehensive than the last one issued in 1982. A select bibliography has been added at the end. Sug­gestions for the improvement of the book are welcome.
