In literature and journalism he got influenced from writings of the eminent literal personalities like 'Mikovski, Leo Tolstoy, Baraikhat, Lushan, Maxim Gorky, Jaswant Kanwal, Barjinder Singh 'Hamdard', Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Mohammed Iqbal Sahib, Guru Angad Sahib Ji, Guru Amardas Ji, Guru Ramdas Ji, Guru Arjun Dev Ji, Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Bhai Gurdas Ji, Shah Hussain, Damodar, Piloo, Sultan Baahu, Bulle Shah, Waris Shah, Kadaryaar, Darshan Khatkar, Hashim Shah, Shah Mohammed, Prof Puran Singh, Prof. Mohan Singh, Surjit Patar, Shiv Kumar Batalvi, Arnrita Pritam, Pash, Lal Singh 'Dil', Sant Ram Udasi. He gone through their masterpieces and well understood them and .appJjed them practically into his own writings.  

No way his attitude to analyse the issues and events is translucent. He fairly has the knowledge about history. He has thoroughly gone through the works of Eagel, Feurvakh, Karl Marx, Aristotle, the Indian philosophers like - Charvak, Jainism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Swami Vivekananda, Aurbindo Ghosh, Rabindra Nath Tagore. He had to become the victim of the atrocities of the police and also had to move to the prison by orders insured by the courts. He has also raised the important issues in context of current journalism by writing articles regarding 'Yellow Journalism'.

Dansiwalia never feels tired to take notice of bold pen-writing that dare to write the truth of the time at present. He minutely goes through the editorials written by S. Barjinder Singh 'Hamdard' the editor-in-chief of the well­known daily Punjabi newspaper 'Ajit'. He is also going to edit a book under the title "We are Ready", that will be based on these editorials. He appreciates the pen-writing of Jatinder Pannu, Baljit Balli, Gulzar Singh Sandhu, Dalbir Singh, Dr. Jaspal Singh, Dalbir Singh,. The Punjabi Tribune, Shyam Singh, Darshan Singh Makkar, Kanwar Sandhu. "When the Press was Guillotined", in this article he makes a reference to the firm stand taken by S. Barjinder Singh 'Hamdard', regarding the freedom of Press, he further writes, "Press never subdued, it better knows how to guard' the well-beings of the common mass. Also, it knows well how to defend itself or resist the attacks made by the public or private personnels."

Also, Narinder Dansiwalia is not ignorant about pros and cons of the literary works and culture. He keeps an eagle-eye over the spreading culture and the literary works that has been compiled in a conscious and sub-conscious manner. He in one of his articles under the title, 'What Conscience is Hans talking about?" writes that the Royal Singer, Hans Raj 'Hans' has sung a song entitled 'O Vekho, Sadkan te Agg Turi Jandi Aye' (Behold the fire-like girl treading on the road). He puts a question to the readers, is the Royal Singer Hans Raj 'Hans' really making his contribution (in building up the present socio-economic system) of the nation.
